I will stay on plan because I have found many outdoor activities that I love and I only want to look ahead towards smarter fitness choices and never go back to perpetual couch potato.
I will finish today on plan... because - just because the day started out off plan doesn't mean I have to continue to overeat the rest of the day. I am going to REALLY try.
Because my TOPS meeting tomorrow night is a very important one, it's my first official meeting as co-leader! I want to have a great weigh-in and be a good example to all the members.
