March Goals

1. Walk 45 minutes a day 5 times a week. (approx 15 miles a week)
2. Drink 70-100 ounces of water a day. 3. Maintain NO SODA (Been Soda Free since January 1, 2012) 4. No eating after 8:00pm. 5. Lose 10 pounds. (?? starting weight) |
1)Run 5 miles straight outdoors
2)Lose 5 pounds 3)Not beat myself up if I eat to much one day 4)Hopefully start the process of bikini shopping =D |
Hey everyone! Glad someone started a March thread already!
Baker - I need to start the bikini shopping soon too! I'm a little nervous! I lost 6 lbs in February, 1 more than my goal of 5, and my goals for March are gonna look something like this: 1) Strength train/lift weights 3-4x per week 2) 60 min of cardio per day 3) 64-80 oz water per day 4) Lose 5 lbs! looking to get under 144! Good luck with the goals you guys, keep me posted on your progress, I am looking forward to hearing more! |
March goals:
1) lose 10 pounds 2) onederland 3) smaller calves (I know I have no real control over that, but losing weight can only help me get back in my boots) |
- healthful, sane food choices
- lots of water - daily journalling - plan/measure/log - scale going down - onederland - slowly getting back to exercising as the surgeon allows Good idea to start thinking about it. Thanks! |
30 strict days of fat flush
5-10 min rebounding daily walk/exercise some daily (can't do much during detox 2 weeks) Lose as much weight as possible! LOL |
I'll jump on in, will be a great way to kick things off!
1. Get to the mid-230's 2. Don't skip Zumba!! 3. Complete Jillian's 30 day shred. 4. Find and try 4 new low-calorie dinners to enjoy with the family. (we're stuck in a rut of the same ol same ol) |
1. Get out of the 160's!!!
2. Go from lifting 1x/week to 2x/week 3. Cut back on food spending (translation not eat out as much) 4. Resist buying clothes (well, maybe get some things altered for the time being...) |

2. Train 5 days a week for my marathon (in april) 3. NO BINGING 4. remain positive! |
