Hello ladies I have missed you all over the past 9 months. Had baby #4 a boy named Jake 2 weeks ago born 2/3/12 and now I am ready to get back on this weight loss journey. I did terriable with weight gain during pregnancy I gained 40 pounds back of the 90 I had lost I am now down 15 pounds so I have to get down 25 more to be pre pregnacy weight of 195 then lose 45 more to get to 150 I know I can do it its gonna be a little harder this time with a newborn but I WILL make it work.
