Hi, sorry I missed your post yesterday! I would love to have a weight loss buddy!
I really don't think that people who have never been our weight can really understand what it's like to walk in our shoes or how hard it can be lose the LBS.

I have reached a plataeu myself and have been very frustrated I am hoping once Aunt Flo comes and go it will move if it doesn't I am going to be very unhappy.

My husband says its in my head. Psssssssst what does he know!!

Men... LOL!!! I am lucky to have a great hubby who thinks I look great no matter what but some things they will just never understand!

Oh I have a wonderful husband and he thinks I am beautiful no matter what weight I am but he certain that this plateau is a mental block that I have created stressing over knowing that I always have problems at this exact weight. lol
