Default beyond the scale-anyone else want to make health resolutions?

Hi,

I just don't want to be thinner, I want to be healthy too (I want it all!)

I decided to set some resolutions that don't have to do with the scale.

Anyone with me on this?

I want to:

take a multivitamin and iron (I'm anemic) daily-I'm terrible about remembering to take vitamins

start strength training-so when the weight keeps coming off, there's some toned muscle under the fat

eat a minimum of five and work up to seven servings of fruits and veggies a day

Any other ideas?

Sherry

Those are great resolutions!

I'd like to continue getting some form of exercise every day, and add strength training on a regular basis.

I want to lower my cholesterol.

this one: "start strength training-so when the weight keeps coming off, there's some toned muscle under the fat" is one thing i'm hoping for too. when i lose this weight, i want to be STRONG and thin.

i also want to see my cholesterol go down. i'll get tested again once i hit my goal and see how that goes.

I want to start toning. I've still got those flabby arms and thighs, and I want them to GO AWAY.
