Well my weight went up this morning, just to show me up for bragging about going down during TOM ;) It will go back down in the next few days, though, so I am not using it as an excuse to go off plan.

Today I'm staying OP because I feel so much better about myself when I do.

because overeating gives me a stomach - unhealhy foods.

Because today is my first WI and I want (and deserve) to start with a bang!

Because I want to be a normal size.

To prove everybody who doubts me wrong!

Because I finally need to do something for myself!

Just because.

Because I honestly don't have the energy to do anything else.

because I don't want to gain any weight...

Because I gained 3lbs this week.

Because I am ready to see a new 'decade'. 260s are right around the corner.

Because I want to be able to see my feet again!

Because I'm thisclose to a healthy BMI.

Because I want to hit the 30 lbs lost benchmark!

Because it's the last day of my Whole 30 challenge and I'm certainly not going to blow it on day 30.
