Haha! A little early on this one, but that's okay! This month is entirely focused on maintaining my weight in a +-2 pounds window, around my current weight of 176.8. After losing so much, so quickly, it's time to create a new set point at this weight. Thus, my weigh ins needs to be boring and stable :)
