Ended the Month Like I started..sigh. Saturday I started taking a different Vitamin.I thought that this one would be better for me for some reason. After checking the ingredients last night(comparing it to the one I've been taking all during this Journey) It has at least 4 different kinds of sodium in it.
I know I've been on plan and exercising so to have gain 2 lbs had to come from somewhere so I'm guessing that has to be it.My body is so tricky, any little thing done differently will send it into shock I guess. I didn't take one this Morning.
The positive thing is that (the middle of the Month) I did find a combination of foods that worked good enough for me to get down to 157.2,I didn't end the Month in the 160's and I didn't end with a gain so I'll keep on working, continue to push on and Live to fight another Month

Hi Everyone,
I appreciate all the support about my Mom. I just got back to the office. After my Mom's surgery the surgeon came out to talk with me. He mentioned that it appeared to be a lymphoma (tumor(s)) from leukemia. I think leukemia is diagnosed via blood testing. My Mom mentioned yesterday that they did blood work and everything was good. So, I'm thinking someone is not telling the truth or is unaware. The Surgeon said they will have definite information at her next appointment. He also mentioned radiation. Her next appointment is on Tuesday to remove the stitches and go over the reports. My Mom didn't seem excited about me going to the next appointment. I am not going to push myself on her, but I would like to go so I can find out more information. I don't recall anyone in the family having leukemia. Also, my Mom has previously mentioned that if she was ever diagnosed with Cancer that she would not get treatment. I sure don't want to lose her.

Diana, best wishes for your mom. Medical stuff can be crazy complicated so getting the info first-hand is best, if she'll let you go with her to the appointment next week. Try to get some sleep tonight!

See you all in the March thread.

Diana I'm so sorry to here about your Mom. I'm praying for you and your family. Big Hug to you

My weigh in today was a shocker 183.6. What a nice thing to see.

I'm not gonna even try to read 360 post so I'll catch on in March.

I missed you guys yesterday -- I was going non stop from 7am to 10pm and did not get my exercise in, and therefore could not check in here. Today I did it though (I decided to start walking to my local transit terminal instead of driving), so I'm back and ready to catch up!

I am so happy to see February go, I am up 3+ lbs since starting the month and I think FEbruary sucks, and I sucked in February. I feel like I didn't do anything majorly out of line, but I just have been gaining and gaining for the last 3-4 days through this TOM and I haven't been sleeping well at all. Bring on March, I'm so ready for it!

Diana -- Our temperatures here are just above or below 0 (in Celsius) I'm not quite sure where that lands in Fahrenheit, but I would guess around 30-40F. I am keeping your mom in my thoughts and prayers and hoping for the best possible outcome. Diana, I think I'm experiencing the restlessness you mentioned during your last TOM...I'm sleeping only 5-6 hrs a night for the last 3 nights, I'm completely wiped out. If I wake up in the early morning I just can't get back to sleep...so frustrating. I'm sorry about your gain today, I'm sure it's from your lack of sleep and a bit of stress over your mom. I'm so sorry about her possible leukemia diagnosis; I hope you get to sit in on the appointment so you can understand what's going on and how it should be treated. Hopefully she'll be willing to have the treatments. I know this must be scary!

Kris -- Good job on your losses for February!

Julie -- Amazing loss yesterday, you must have been over the moon!

Kelly -- Congratulations on your 1lb yesterday!

Amanda -- Good job on your exercise yesterday

Ona -- Sorry to hear you are holding some water weight; I did find it weird to be having a second TOM in February, since it's such a short month, but c'est la vie. That's life. It was good for me to read what you wrote to Jinky -- I think I've been kidding myself with carbs this week. I know that when I eat too many carbs, regardless of my overall calories, I just don't lose weight. I think I just go back to it because I get a bit tired of the stuff I'm eating, or of not eating some things, and each time I hope it will be different, but it won't be -- I won't be able to do this until I get to maintenance. Okay, back on my phase 1 plan tomorrow....here we go again...

Jinxy -- Congratulations on your whoosh!

Rennie -- I'm so glad you are back, I've missed you! I already started a March thread on the weekend, though I like your thread name better
