Good morning Everyone!
A few days ago I was facing the harsh reality that I have gain 13lbs over the last few months. You know the drill, hating what I'd done to myself ect......
This week I took my daughter in for a dermatology check up. The doctor's new PA walk in and to my suprise it was a young woman that we hadn't seen in a few years! It was wonderful to see her. She first looked at my daughter and said she couldn't believe how tall she had gotten. Then she turned to me and her mouth fell open. She said "and I can't believe how tiny you've gotten, you look amazing!" I am by no means tiny but I supposed compared to the size I was before I am. It was a wonderful reminder that even with set backs we need to pat ourselves on the back for what we have done so far! whooooooooooooooooooo hooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!

It's things like this that keep us motivated! Those 13 pounds will come off in not time. Just remember how great it felt when she called you tiny and realize you can do anything! Great job!

It's great that she noticed. Sometimes things like that are the nudge we need to go forward. Great.
