Thanks for asking Cathi - not really a big deal but somehow I strained my hip flexor. We are doing major work on our back yard that included moving gravel last weekend so I really had to take it slow. I've been back on the treadmill these last two days and feel back to normal. Those little hiccups are just so frustrating when you get on a roll. It hurt my heart to put 5 miles down for the week but those things happen I guess haha. I'll just have to work that much harder to reach 500 this year. You are rockin' it girl!

Thanks for the welcomes. I need the support. i had spinal surgery 4 weeks ago, and am only allowed to walk. Which is fine, because no housekeeping yet. lol But I have been trekking along with my walking. Doing a walking
5k in July, so I need to get this on.
