Another 2 lbs gone, gone, gone!!! Only 4.5 lbs left to reach my March 1st goal!!

boy, you're up early today!

In spite of being horribly off program, I lost a pound (yes, Sandi, the one I gained back, plus one more

Total of 22 pounds gone !

Can't wait to lose three more to say 25 total.

You ladies must have inspired me, b/c I am down to 210 this week, getting back on track! I had been maintaining 214 for the LONGest time, and finally weighed in at 212 last week. So I'm going in the right direction!

amazing! aunt flo has made me feel gross the last couple days, so even though i was OP, i was prepared for the worst.

i stepped on... and laughed! i lost another pound!! must be the challenges!!!

My weigh in was tonight and I lost 2 lbs!!!! I was happy but wished it was more. I know I sound greedy. I exercised a lot this week. Guess I will have to buckle down more with the food!

Default Ack! Wrong way, wrong way!

I gained 2 pounds. I have one of those "doctor" type scales and I hate having to move the slider up

Congrats to everyone else! You guys are doing great!
