This really was a great time for me to check it out as I have just started the Atkins plan and even though I am doing good on it so far, that message really helps. I think I may bookmark it.

Some people have said that the URL ends up broken when I posted the message here....so here's how to check it out....

Just highlight the whole URL(with the [] brackets too all the way to the .htm) and copy it and then open a new browser and paste it where the URL goes and hit enter...it should come up that way(I just tried it and it worked for me).
