thanks Josey! I am hanging my head in shame about the Bootcamp though - will I be allowed back in once I get back down to where I was?

down .6 more for a total of 5.2 in the 3 days back on plan, and now only 5 lbs left to get back to my prior low.

I am sure it is fine. We are not too happy when people go missing but we are even less happy when we lose them!
