I am sure I am not the only one tracking inches. But I had to let ya'll know that in just 1 month, I have lost a total of 9.75 inches! That is from my whole body, (I wish it was just waist and hips! ) but I was still really suprised, especially since most of it is from my stomach and thighs. I guess I really can do this!

i just started with the measuring thing. so i'll let you guys know when i go down!!

I love measuring.

In one month, I lost:

5 inches on my waist
5 inches on my hips
2 inches on my left arm (I didn't measure right one)
2 inches on my chest

Which actually equalled out to a total of 10 lb loss on the scale.

I also was told today that my face looks thinner. And I've noticed my wrists are smaller.

Wahoo!!! Way to go Nicole and Nelie!!! you guys have been doing fabulous. Maybe I should put the scale away and start measuring the inches!!
Nelie, I always loose on the chest first (and I actually like having a little more inches in the chest!!) and my face always looks chubbby, no matter how thin I am.
