NSV! Underwires!
 

That's right, I got some bras with underwires in them! I can wear them and not have the wire cut into my stomach when I sit down. I feel so womanly! ;)

Woohoo! Great job! I love that feeling you get of being so shapely with an underwire. And I always want to strangle the skinny girls who complain about "having to" wear underwires. ;)

I finally got some underwires too. Love them.

:woohoo: Congrats! Bras with no underwire (with the exception of sports bras) don't feel like grown up bras to me. My inability to be comfy in an underwire was one of my biggest annoyances with clothes at my high weight, so I know how good this feels for you.

Are you apple shaped? Just curious, I wore undersides at my highest weight and didn't have issues.

That is great that you can wear them now.

Congrats! Be careful at airports, my underwire always trips the security alarm. :lol: I wish I were kidding... but I get a friendly patdown every time.

Congratulations!!! And..thanks for sharing, really...I am going bra shopping tomorrow. I am actually going to get fitted (finally) and get some that fit. I have NEVER found an underwire bra that was comfy...so maybe I will now???

This was a big deal for me, too. I have to have underwire now, and I hated them when I was obese!

I love underwires, where I work I always tell the girls that I wish I could tell the customers, "every time you buy a soft cup wireless bra god kills a kitten."

Just had to report back, I went bra shopping last night. I went down a band and cup size, which is fine, but the exciting part is...I also found comfy and pretty underwire bras that fit well. VERY exciting!
