I thought I'd be stuck there for a long time too, but it was just under a month, and really--that's quite fast. Sometimes it feels like we're stuck, but I know you just reached Onederland not too long ago and now you're already almost halfway through the 190s!

You're right Rainy! I'm just so dang anxious to get to 185/half way! I'm hungry to be on the downside of the journey instead of the upside! Thanks for the encouragement and perspective!

Aishah and InsideMe: Welcome!!! I'm sorry, I thought y'all knew about this thread or I would have said something! Excited to have you both here!

Jessy: What do you think is happening? That has to be so frustrating! You're doing really well though, regardless, though I do know how frustrating it is when the scale bobbles like that.

fyre, no problem! And to you and InsideMe, I totally hear you both on 185--that's when I cross over from obese to overweight, so I am definitely looking forward to it!!

I'll still be in the obese category at 185, overweight for me I believe is 169. But hey I just want to get half way there now you know! It's only 12lbs away!! It seemed so far away when I started back in June. It really is amazing how bit by bit the pounds do come off and how much this really is a lifestyle change.

So today is my official weigh in day down to 197.2lbs, that's a 2.6lbs loss since entering ONEDERLAND last week

have a great weekend ladies and a happy healthy good choices Thanksgiving to the USA gals!

Hey Jessy, just keep at it! The pounds will come off. Are you losing any inches?

OH yes, down .6 THE DAY AFTER THANKSGIVING!

Ok excuse me, but I'm giving myself a few of these...

Everyone is doing great! We'll all be in the 180s thread in no time

I have dinner with friends for the next two days, so wish me luck to keep the trend going! 1.2 lbs and I've lost 40 total.

Hanging around a bit to support my girls, even though I'm (barely ) over in the 180s thread

baker, that's awesome that we're all really looking forward to that range. You've lost an astounding amount of weight, you should be so proud! Way to go!!!

Inside, I know, it's very exciting to have lost more than you still need to lose! Your pictures are looking fabulous, you are rocking it!!

fyre, awesome job losing after Thanksgiving!! I won't know where I'm standing til Monday, but I did well on the calorie front.

jessy, it can get so frustrating, but you can do it!! And yes, definitely keep track of those inches like InsideMe said! That can really show you how you're doing when the scale is being stubborn.

Have a great weekend girls!

193.4 this morning after day two of the food trifecta!! So excited! I actually modified my plan and I'm going to try to make it to the half way mark or 185 by Christmas Day. It's doable! Wow, I'd love to be ahead of the 50% mark coming into 2012.

A friend of mine wants me to do the MS Breakout to the Beach 150 cycle ride. Ahh!! I'm terrified but also kinda excited. I think having a training goal will really help with the exercise efforts. DH and I are looking at road bikes tomorrow. My sister has MS and we'd be riding in her name so it's personal for me as well.

Hope everyone is having a great weekend!
