I also reward myself for each 10 pounds lost. I bought cute new tops, a watch and the cutest belt!

I use to try on clothes as an incentive to keep going--I liked the feeling of not automatically reaching for the largest size.

I am paying myself to lose weight. It is a pretty steep price. I am going with $10 per lb. But it is not too terrible, as I average about 6 lbs a month.

I am using the money strictly for thrift clothes on the way down, boost me ups, and ultimately a rocking new wardrobe when I hit my goal.

You ugys have such awesome suggestions!

The spa ideas are great, but I live in a very rural area, so that's kind of out. But the bead bracelets are good. And so many others!

Sorry I took so long to respond. I keep forgetting to hit subscribe on the threads.

One more pound to go!

I think I'm going to reward myself with an awesome wardrobe when I reach my ultimate goal! I just have been celebrating with random stuff for each. My last reward was food and I don't think I'll do that again. Even though it was a salad that I ate I don't want to use food like that. I think when I reach 145 I will treat myself to something really nice like getting my nails done really pretty or taking a day to go to the zoo.
