Congratulations everybody! You all are doing so well (maintaining & losing). I lost two pounds this week (the same two pounds that I gained over the past two weeks, but still I'm pretty happy with it). I hope I'll be in "new numbers" next week.

As I've said many times, I'm only weighing once every two weeks ... I cannot deal with the little ups and downs so this makes them less visible! (I know, it's a dumb mind game, but it helps.)
I'm down 4 pounds from two weeks ago. Not exactly what I would have LIKED to see, but it's not a disappointment given that I succumbed to some stress eating and haven't been exercising!
So, my total since starting fresh is -15. I'll take it!
Well I'm feeling good. 3lbs down this week. I am so happy. My hubby is in the "that isn't that much" frame of mind, but I'm not going to let it get me down!
