  • One reason I'll stay on plan today is so I can get in a good workout! I feel grody if I try to exercise after eating too much or not-so-great foods.
  • Because I want to start the month off right!!
  • Because I've finally realized that I am worth it!
  • Because I'd like to be in the 220s before my birthday later this month.
  • because it felt bad to be out of control with food yesterday...
  • because every day that I eat on plan means one day closer to the me that I want to be
  • because I want to get my 40 lb chickie at this week's WI
  • Because AT LAST I have reached the 260s and I only want to see those numbers keep dropping!
  • because carrying around an extra 70 pounds is so darn hard on my body (peices and parts).
  • because tomorrow is weigh in day
  • because I want to have the 50lb chick as my avatar!
  • because i am under 200, finally
  • Because my wardrobe has shrunk too much and I have to do laundry more often to have something to fit into! Ten pounds off would solve this...
  • because I want to feel better... the scale going down will help.
  • because I hit 40 lbs lost today!
