SEPT One reason you will stay on plan today...
One reason I'll stay on plan today is so I can get in a good workout! I feel grody if I try to exercise after eating too much or not-so-great foods.

because carrying around an extra 70 pounds is so darn hard on my body (peices and parts).

Because my wardrobe has shrunk too much and I have to do laundry more often to have something to fit into! Ten pounds off would solve this...
