Back!

Okay, so I finally decided after like a 2 months its time to get back to my routine tomorrow morning. I have probably gained like 5 pounds but I am ready to get back to loosing my last 20 something pounds. After loosing 17 I am happy to be wearing normal sized clothes. Heres to everyone who decided that today their doing it for them.

Great job- you can do it. I just had my first OA meeting last night and I started on a low-carb/no sugar food plan today. I'm feeling like this time is different, it's not just a diet but a committment to myself. Best of luck to you!!
