I walked 3 miles today! Woo Hoo Some of you know what an accomplishment that is while weighing 295 lbs.

That's FANTASTIC!!!

I hope you love walking as much as I do. I'm so addicted now that I get grumpy if I have to skip a day. It's very much "MY" time. No one needs anything - it's just me, the beautiful world around me, and my favorite music. It's become meditative and a time when I really work things out in my head, as well as my body.

3 miles is amazing! Great Job! Keep Going!
