Just Dance! Oh my!
 

Have any of you ever tried this game? Its a Wii game. Oh my! Its sooo much fun! We have Just Dance 1 & 2..Just Dance 3 comes out in Oct. Right now im doing the Just Dance Summer hits and my arms are k.i.l.l.i.n.g me!!! Alooot of arm movements in this one !!! My daughter (12) and I was doing it, and we were both sweating!! I love dancing and this is a great way to get exercise and movement in! I love how it has a "Just Sweat" portion of the game. I danced 4 songs and burned 1051 calories!!! So great!

If you havent tried this game..you can rent it at Redbox!

I have Just Dance 2 and love it! I use my wii as most of my work-outs. Me and my husband play together and try to beat each others scores. lol.

I got my daughter JD 2 and we love it! It's a lot of fun and a great way to get the movement in (and learn current songs) ;)

Hmmmm.... my son has a wiii, but I have never actually used it. Dancing (alone and with the drapes pulled :D) does sound like fun.

MeliZ, what other programs do you use and what are your favorites?

i have been wanting to try that game. i keep looking at the one that's 'country dance' ... i don't think it's the same series of games, but i think it's the same idea.

i'm also curious about the zumba fitness one...

I think I am going to get it for my kids this winter...of course I will play too!
