Hi all! I'm going to try my hardest to NOT fall asleep while I write this tonight - lol.

LGW - a measly .4 after the crazy shifts you have to pull is nothing! It's probably just your body holding onto water while you get sleep back to normal. Thanks for the eating out tip! I never think to substitute stuff like that!

Angie - We are going to push through the end of the 200's together! We CAN do it I like the pandora charm as a reminder of how far you've come. The haircut/color seems drastic from the style in your pic -- I bet you will feel amazing afterwards! I wonder if it would be a big boost to continuing to the end of your goal, or a hindrance because you already feel so good? Does that make any sense? I don't think it came out right... I guess to me, a new cut and color is a great makeover treat at goal, but could also be really motivating during the journey if a boost is needed. Whatever you decide, you have earned it and deserve it!

Roxy - I love PBJ on Wraps too! I actually really like grilling it in the frying pan - it makes the PB so wodnerfully gooey. LOL.

Hey Coondocks! Nice to see you!!! Glad you are hanging around - I understand it can become too much to post often. When does your class start?

Greek Yogurt: the plain is too bitter/sweet/something for me...but when I combine it with .5 cup blueberries and 1 cup kashi go lean, it's sooo much better. I eat that combo for lunch often.

Diana - hope your week is going well

I'm off to sleep. Not dozing yet but will be soon, no doubt! Applebees was GREAT! I switched what I was orderig based on the online menu i looked at before leaving.

Hi Everyone

Yesterday Magnum was doing fine, but last night he took a turn for the worse. I am sad to post that we decided to have Magnum put to sleep this evening. We are both so sad and hurting right now. I just hope we made the right decision and have avoided him having to suffer. {{Magnum}}

Oh Diana I'm so sorry to hear that. As lucky as you were to have such a great friend, Magnum was so lucky to have great people like you and your DH to love and care for him.

Angie -- Thanks for the reality check. This month is a success so far! You and Cameron are having ENTIRELY too much fun! And why not both rewards? ONEderland is a BIG deal! I absolutely LOVE the cut and the color in the picture!

LGW -- Thanks for the cheering. I can hear it all the way from where you are. Where abouts in CA are you anyway?

Blanche -- That could definitely be water weight. Was your sodium intake high in the last day or so? What about your water intake...too low?

Roxy/Vixsin -- I'm really going to have to try some of that powered PB wit the wraps! You guys made my mouth water today!

Diana -- I am SO sorry about Magnum and YES, you definitely made the right decision! Please take care of yourself!

Diana - it was certainly the right decision. I can only imagine the pain he must have been in yesterday for you to make that decision, so don't second-guess yourself. We're here to help you

Good Morning, Everyone! Have a great one and make the most of your day.

I got a call yesterday from the nurse at the allergists office. She said that the test results show that I am having an allergic reaction. DOH! It doesn't take a blood test to figure that one out. Anyways, she didn't have any specifics. Unfortunately, I think I intimidated her a little with my questions. Anyways, I scheduled an appointment to speak with the Dr. to find out the exact info from the tests. I also have a list of things I want to be skin tested for. I'm not sure if I mentioned this this from my gyno appointment last week. The gyno said that 70%-90% of people in my situation are never able to find out what they are allergic to. What she is specifically meaning is that people who develop an allergy out of the blue as an adult. She also said that the majority of the time, the allergy passes over time. She implied that allergies that are present as a child are different than my type of situation. The Allergist and GP both mentioned the same thing. So, I am going for my next appointment. I will have all the skin tests that I want to have performed at that time. Then I am done with it.

Thank you so much for all the support about Magnum.

Calories for yesterday: 1510 +

Weigh In: 142.4

Down: .8

Diana - Sorry to hear about Magnum! Don't second guess yourself, just cherish your memories Allergies are hard hard hard, but I don't 100% agree with your dr's, my mom's friend went thru something similar and she figured it out (no help from dr's though), basically she had to stop eating almost everything and slowly add things back in to figure out where the allergy could be coming from.

Angie - my goodness woman - August is your month!! Congrats on the whoosh!!

Rennie - I leave Saturday morning at 5am, and I'm working every day until then, plus on Friday night I'm going out with some friends to see a Comedian. Burning the candle at both ends here!

And I'm 10 minutes late for work today! Have a wonderful day!
