Huge NSV/ SV combo!
 

This is a scale and non scale victory day!
Today I fit in a size 16 pants! Not all tight in the leg and gross- but fit.
I had been doing well on plan before some life changes hit me like a brick and I backslid up to 235. But today I am officially the weight and size I was before my "departure" from plan.
So.. 79 pounds lost! 40 or so left to go... and pant sizes that are changing every other week!!!!:D

Wow! I know how you feel and love it when I go down a pant size, too. Great job of getting back on track and staying there this time. Can't imagine how great you'll look and feel at your goal. Hang in there.

The 16's are the last of the clothes I have in boxes. I have a few 14's but mostly 16 was the lowest I have been in the last decade so after this I will have depleted my stash of smaller clothes.
I know, sad story.. I'll be forced to go shopping.. what will I ever do...:D
