10% of me gone forever!!!!

So I had a fabulous weekend and have been trucking along on my South Beach Diet. I was slightly lax yesterday but still stuck pretty close to OP. Anyways woke up this morning expecting to have either gained a half or stayed the same and what do you know the scale said I was wrong! 289.5! Thats 10% loss for me. Just felt so good about it I had to post it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:carrot::carrot:
