I think I've figured out how to ride it finally! I actually rode around the elementary school parking lot for an hour last night and I didn't even notice the time until I'd been out there 45 minutes. I should be street-ready in a few more days!
I think that swimming one hour every morning, bike riding 1-2 hours every evening and lifting heavy freeweights twice a week will make me small and athletic, not average, which was my earlier goal. Even with all this exercise I still have my one free day (Saturday) where I don't do anything - you gotta rest sometime - and my food has been 100% OP for 5 weeks now. And I'm already a size down from last month! Woot.
