Here is todays photo. I can't show you what I looked like before because I did not allow any to be taken. I can still see that there is work to be done, but i am so pleased with this picture - this is my size 12 Christmas dress
It has been an emotional journey, but one I am so glad I made. I am so much happier to be looking forward to this Christmas at 200lbs instead of 300lbs.

Thanks everyone - you don't know how much this means to me! Yesterday I finally got on my 70 pounds (as in uk pounds not weight ) boots - I felt like I had won the lottery ! Such an amazing feeling to be winning the battle against obesity.
