Okay, today I bought the Biggest Loser Challenge game for the Wii. Have any of you tried this and had good results?

Ive done this game..its intense..it gets tough..it makes you work..it works well..i lost 20 pounds in a month combining EXERCISE and DIET together to get good results..i used to burn on average about 600 calories..doing an hour of the box-fit and strenght training..i loved the yoga too..it made me feel stronger..and more toned..its worth it..if you give yourself to it.

I got it in Febuary for my Birthday and I didnt like it it just wasnt for me. I LOVE the wii fit thats all I have been using since December and it works. I wanna get just dance for wii too it looks like a fun good workout.

I haven't gotten the BL game for my wii fit, but I've been thinking about it. Actually, I think I might get it for my Kinect instead though. Haven't decided yet. But I know that these games can be great at keeping ya active when you don't feel like going to the gym. Heheh :) What do you think of it so far Skye?

Ky30, I got Just Dance for the wii, and I have to tell you it's not the greatest game. I was sooooo psyched when my hubby bought it as a surprise for me, but I put it in, played it for a bout 30 minutes and was bored. :(

It shows you moves to do, but it has no real way of tracking whether or not you are doing them correctly. There is no game play to it either, like there's no way to advance or compete against others, that sort of stuff. I was really disappointed in it. Just wanted to let you know before you spend money on it.

Btw, if you happen to have the funds to get one, the Kinect system is awesome for working out with! I got it for my birthday last month and I LOVE it! I got Dance Central for it and that game is SOOOO fun and so challenging. :) I love it. You get a great workout without even noticing your doing it! :)
