Because if I don't stick with this NOW, I could seriously yo yo and regain for months or maybe years, and never reach goal! It is so much easier to STAY on plan than to GET BACK on plan.

I like that......I will stay on plan because it is easier than getting back on plan...... I will stay on plan because...... I work to hard at the gym not to !!!! ..............I will stay on plan because........ I will be at Onderland sooner !!!!!!!!!!!
