You ate a boatload of sodium yesterday, I would guess that between dinner and the nachos alone it was over 4,000mg. Talk about some serious water retention. I retain water for days after I eat out (a good 2 lbs worth.)
If it's causing you stress then lay off the scale in between your "real" weigh ins. You're doing a great job, don't let one weigh in get you off track. |
Soooo... I just looked it up and your dinner at Chili's (excluding the cheese fries and assuming you had the mashed potatoes with black pepper gravy) was 1,370 calories and a whopping 4,070mg of sodium. That doesn't include the candy, nachos or cheese fries. Give yourself a break on the weigh in today, you had a high calorie, high sodium dinner last night! The scale will always bounce upward in that situation. Such is life. :shrug: It's no reason to be frustrated though, just a reason to stay on plan today!

Gale02 That lifited my spirits. I know it was alot of sodium. lol. But Im happy because I went to the gym and worked it all out. Going back again tongiht. YAY. Thank you.
