212 is my magic number for right now thats my lowest weight this year and then i gained most of it back so it was from 258-212 now back up to 247 :( sigh

starfishkitty 05-20-2011 01:16 AM

Well, so far I reached my favorite of getting into Onederland, and then at 195 lower than my freshman year weight (196)...... but next up is:

171: My lowest adult weight!!! :D :carrot:
then
156: 100lbs LOST!!!! GOAL!
then
(maybe/optional) 136: Official healthy weight for my height. :)

SuomiSara 05-20-2011 03:59 AM

248 - the lowest weight I can remember as a adult. I was that when I met my OH. Cant wait to get back to it, and see something lower! :dizzy:

Sandi 05-20-2011 09:04 AM

311 was what I weighed when I got pregnant. Considering he's 10, it will be nice to blow past that (maybe this week?)

299 - Twoderville!!!

268 - 100 lbs gone

250 - When I was 175, my friend was 250. And I thought, OMG! 250! Ha! Sure got my payback when I past her and then some!

215 - what I weighed when I got married

199 - Onderland, of course!!

168 - Goal! (first goal anyway)

ubergirl 05-21-2011 08:22 AM

Oh my gosh! Definitely!

I started at 295.
My "numbers" were

Below 250 (hadn't been there since the mid nineties)
Below 230 (stuck there for several years after birth of my first child)
Below 200 (nuff said)
196-- out of obesity, and what I weighed at the beginning of my first pregnancy.
175 (the weight I was when I graduated from college)
161 (my average high school and college weight)
151 (my slim high school and college weight)
145 (lowest adult weight)

Now, I must add 187. I stuck at that weight from August 2010 until January 2011 before I got frustrated and started creeping up again.

I'm about to turn 50 and I don't think 145 or 151 is in the cards for me, but I really believe that I should be able to get to the 170s if not the 160s....

Now that I'm back on track, I will CHEER when I break past 187.

Laureedee 05-21-2011 01:28 PM

179...I've been lower but 180 was where I always got stuck before, so 179 is significant to me.
165...It was when I was dehydrated so it was a "fake" low, but I've seen 166 on the scale before, so I want to hit a new low.
143...I guess my goal is rather random. It happens to be exactly 65lbs down from my start weight but that's not why I picked it, I just wanted a goal in the middle of my healthy weight range and that's the number that popped in my head.

abetterme 05-21-2011 01:31 PM

I would love to reach 167. The lowest I've got was to 168 but that was short lived. The 160s are a big deal to me.

poeticmuz 05-21-2011 01:36 PM

Right now, I'm 252....

My first hurdle was 260.
Now, it's 249....
The next one is 229 (have no idea why).
After that 199!!!!

Hello Nurse 05-22-2011 12:08 AM

230 - lowest I got before getting off track and gaining back into the 290's :(

212 - weight I was when hubby and I started dating, cannot wait to be back there!

Laureedee,

We're the same height and I've never weighed 143, even when I was a varsity athlete in college. I do see a lot of people who are 5'8" and in the 140s, but my daughter, who is sixteen and plays two varsity sports usually weighs around 170, and she's an inch shorter than me.

I think it depends on your build. I have a muscular body type and it has always been really hard for me to maintain a weight under 160, even though I spent a lot of my youth trying.

143 might be perfect for you, but I'm just throwing it out there that I think at our height, some of us are good at a higher weight than that.

Here's a picture of me at about 190, and I don't think I really look like I'm fifty pounds overweight.

169 is a Huge milestone number for me. When I get down to this one I know I look cuddly rather than FATTTTTTT. It's also the number that **this time** I'll start kicking my own butt at, because I can get complacent around it.

139 is an even bigger number for me. It's 1lb under 10 stone, and I know I look 'normal'. It's the weight at which I'm comfortable talking about diety stuff with other 'normal' people.

135 is the number at which I will sob uncontrollably and cheer uncontrollably alternately. It's 1lb more than last time (2004). It's the weight at which I felt carefree and confident. At the same time, I know I'll regret the 7 fat years I piled onto it last time. More butt-kicking, I fancy!!

Galatea 05-22-2011 09:55 AM

229 is my current one as well! :D I can't wait...I can see it looming! I think my largest goal number is 180. I know I can make that by next summer and that is such and exciting thought! Of course I know you feel the same way about 199...how awesome will that number be!?

Truffle 05-22-2011 07:02 PM

210--on the day I remarried
155--one pound lower than I ever got back to after giving birth to my only child

I agree, you don't! I, however, look a good 40lbs overweight, nevermind only being about 20lbs actually overweight. And I have lots of excess fat on my stomach (and everywhere else) and I think getting rid of even just 75% of that would take a good 30-40lbs. As I mentioned, I've been to 166 and it was obvious that I had a good ways to go then.

Really though, I'm not married to 143. If I'm healthy and love how I look at 160, I'll stop there!
