Lose 10 pounds by June 1st

  • I need to set a short term goal that is easy to follow....I figured if I put my mind to it, I can lose 10 pounds by June 4th. Anyone else want to join me? I'm going to weigh in on Saturdays.


    4/23 220.5....here we go!!! so excited to do with you alll!

    June 3rd is my boyfriend's birthday, so that was already a mini goal in my head, although I didn't have a particular objective in mind. This is perfect! Good luck everyone!

    I'd love to be at 199 by then, I wonder if I can do 14. The warrior dash is on 6/4 so this is a good goal!

    That sounds like a great idea, I'd be happy to join. My goal will be to reach 229 for good by the end of this challenge. That would be like my lowest weight in the past 3 years (!) since I graduated from University. What a dream!
