I lost 30 lbs and 4 inches off my waist doing Zumba, and not really changing my eating at all, try it, everybody is doing it! LOL

Everyone has already given you great advice, so I don't have anything more to add that hasn't already been said, but Trazey's post made me laugh and I just had to comment:

lol Thanks guys for the help!

FYI, The only thing I hate more than exercise is cleaning :D My philosophy is to only clean enough so as not to be dirty hahaha

lol @litchick, i'm there!!!! and @lindaisnuts, if you combine them it's a two-fer and you get a nice house of it, hahaha I'm telling you it's amazing how well it works! hehehe and believe me you sweat crawling around on your hands and knees polishing every baseboard in your house, stretching up high to polish every door frame, washing every window, oh I get all up in that !!! hahaha i'm a freak ;)

LOl...I love this house cleaning discussion. I've gotten in two unexpected workouts this weekend doing that very thing. I cleaned the inside and outside of my car Friday (which I haven't done since I lived at home...15 years ago) and then got "all up" into cleaning my house yesterday when I got home from my Zumba class yesterday.

It's funny because I've never been an amazing housecleaner. I hate clutter and keep it "surface" clean at least but lately I've been crawling and reaching around into all the lil' nooks and crannies. Feels to good to have this extra energy and spending it on "two-fers" where I can enjoy the fruits of my labor even more!

(I quoted Trazey a lot in here 'cause her posts have been cracking me up!)

I've taken to wearing a pedometer and am working towards 10,000 (~5miles) a day. I turn it into a contest with myself. Like I need X steps by 11am and another X by 5. It's amazing how much more you move when you are thinking about the number of steps everything takes.
