Just had to share, not only did my scale show me at 198.5 this morning, but the past few days I've had some awesome NSVs.
1. I had to go in for a quarterly brain MRI. I've always had to scrunch up my shoulders to fit in the machine. This time, no scrunching. I always thought, "well, I have really broad shoulders!" Hmmm. Maybe I really don't.
2. Had lunch with a former coworker on Friday. He hasn't seen me in a couple of years. We were sitting there talking and all of a sudden he stops and says, "WOW! You've really lost a lot of weight haven't you? How'd you do it?" We talked about it for a few minutes and then went back to our regular conversation.
3. In August or September, I got fitted for bras and learned I was a 42 F. I could tell my bras were "bigger", so decided to go in and get resized. I'm now a 36 F! I've lost 6 inches and feel amazing.
4. I worked out with my trainer this morning and she says, "I can really tell you're toning up!" I've promised her we'll measure my body fat when I get under 200, so that will be coming soon.
Thanks for reading.
