Default good luck on day one, Jenniffer!

Hi Jenniffer,

I just wanted to wish you luck on your first day on program I know you will do great. I was going to try to start on 12/26, but it moved it up to 1/1/03 instead.

Please let us know how your day goes-by this date next year, I bet you'll be at or close to goal!

I'm with you here on 12/26! I didn't want to wait until Jan. 1st either...I've seen what a few sloppy days can get me. And I've seen it more than once!

Check in later and let us know how you're doing, 'kay? I'm sloshing around here with my second bottle of water and it's just shortly after 8:00. That's a start!

Good luck,

The 1st thought that popped into my head this morning, was that I would just wait till Monday. It's going to be a long day here at work, boredom will set in and the leftover xmas goodies will be screaming my name. I should just enjoy it, right?

Thanks to this post, am starting my day off right. Next year for Christmas, I'll be giving myself the best gift ever. A healthy, strong and fit me.

Only 364 more days to go!!

Thanks girls! *HUGS*

I need to make the committment. So here goes: I would like to be at goal weight by 1/31/03. That's 371 days to lose a little under 100 lbs. That's about 1/4 lb. per day, or 1 1/2 lbs. per week. How hard could that be, really?

How will I do this? I will stay away from red light foods like chocolate, ice cream, and pizza. I will eat a good breakfast every day. I will keep fruit in the car. I will use the Bowflex I paid $1400 for. I will walk.
