Hi everyone!! I'm new to this one as I weighed in at 189.8 ...
okay I know its borderline, but I REFUSE TO GO BACK TO THE 190'S 
so pleaaaaase let me stay here!! hehehe

linJber - I love how it is easier to focus on the progress when I am only looking at 10lbs at a time. I actually focus on getting to the midway point 185, then I focus on getting down to the next decade down.
caramelkitty - You can stay! I left the 190's at the first sign of the 180's.
The 180's have been tough so far. For some reason my body got stuck bouncing between 188.8 and 191, I just kept going though. Today I am at 187.8.
