I'm happy to report a pound and a half loss within the past two weeks.

Lost 1/4 pound this week, taking my weight to 268 even. A little disappointed that I have only lost 1 pound during the last two weeks (3/4 pound last week, 1/4 pound this week).

I was 305 @ the dr's last week.

This week I am 300 again.

I like being a loser. :D

Ok just weighed in at 4:30pm and .....drum roll please.......316.....wooohoooo that is down 5 since Dec 16th. Guess having strep throat helped me control my holiday eating :D I am actually motivated now.

Alright, I've been sick, but I am glad to say that I have lost another 2 pounds!!!
