i always get the spinach there too. I remember I was told no one time I was told It was only for the salad. I asked if there was a price difference and if so I would pay for it, they said they were not able to put spinach on a sub. I asked for a manager and the manager was there and told me the same thing, and like you I tend to cry when I get mad, so I said said never mind I have changed my mind, then the manager said she waould make a one time exception.

I have never had a problem at any of our local subways I think we were out of town traveling when that happened.
