March Goals- In my head I really would love to get as close to Goal weight as Possible. I think I could if I really stuck to the calorie intake plan. Although I'm hitting up some major mileage this month, I'm nervous as heck for the calorie up days to fuel my long runs. OMG! School is going to be in Full Swing this Month Too! So STRESS ME OUT! Lets See what the stress does to my Loss- hoping the runs will help with the stress! Plus I'm implementing more hot baths to relax and more meditation practices!
