Hey Ladies! I'm not 100% sure I'm back, but I am going to give 'er a go!! I was a little relaxed with my food and exercise in January and February and gained 7 pounds, and am now sitting at 260.4, I swore I'd never see the darn 260's again!! I decided it was time to get fit too, I'm watching all your C25K, and wish it wasn't sitting at -35! But I'm doing Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred, and am committing myself to 30 days!

March 1 - 260.4

It's such a relief that I'm still losing some weight. I hadn't been able to exercise the last three days and I always feel exceptionally fat after missing a workout, let alone three! I'm eating as best as I can, and I haven't gone over my calories, so maybe that's doing it for me.

Down 0.3 for 176.8 - feel good about March for some reason?!
Had no sleep last night, my mind is still full of my work problems. I need to find a way to deal with the feeling of grief I have over my job (fixed term contract of 10 years- job I adore. Now nearly at the end) It's eating away at me and I must do something about the way I feel.....

In a hurry, just wanted to say good luck to all of ya. I just got offered a job I thought I was filled. This month is already looking brighter.

1. 225.6 (+1.6)
2. 222.7 (-2.9) Finally a whoosh. I was so worried that having pizza last night would cause a gain like it did last month, but instead, YAY!!!

Woosh! Do you think it is too lofty of a goal to hope that I can lose the remaining 19lbs to reach my goal by May 8th? That is 8 weeks from now. If I don't get there, I'm fine, but how cool would it be to get there at the 1 year mark?

For me it would be out of the question but you have been losing at such a steady clip - I bet you can get very close!

Everyone knows by now I'm wary of numerical goals but in this case, since you know you won't be too disappointed if you don't make it, it might be a nice little extra bit of inspiration.

Me, I'm hoping to hit 100lbs gone by my two-year mark (July 31). But don't tell anyone I said that - I don't do numerical goals.

Okay, my report before I trot off to work - new low 197! I'm thrilled - 200 lbs is now just about out of bounce range (barring something really unexpected), and I'm almost giddy about the the thought of leaving it behind forever. Carter, giddy - please don't tell anyone that, either!

I totally won't be disappointed if I don't get there by May 8th - I've come SO far in (almost) 10 months already...how could I possibly be disappointed by success?

I'm up this morning. Some may be from water/salt but I did get a little munchy yesterday. I'm feeling stressed lately, but I must not let the stress cause me to overeat. I will try to keep it in control today. I'm wishing you all a great one!

down to 168.2 . . . . uhhhhh what?!?!
That's a 3.6 drop in one day, is that even possible?

I made it to the gym but only got half way through week 1 day 1 because, well TMI here, it seems things have started moving in the bathroom area so I'll be repeating it as soon as i can. Could that honestly account for that big of a whoosh?

AIMEE!!!! Glad to see you back online, hope all is well and congrats on commiting to 30 days - 30ds still terrifies me

BBL for everyone

The word of today is WHOOSH!!!! Congrats on all of those whooshes!!!

I am down 1.2 to 206.4!!!

Congrats on your whoosh Coon!! Glad things got movin'!

FitKristi: I hear you on the lofty goals. I'm leary of my goal this month. I'd love to make it into Onederland but another 7 lbs? It seems high. I'm going for it and I'm going to see where I end up. I won't be broken if I don't get there by the end of the month because I know that I'll get there.

BBL for personals. Have to start an ugly project at work and I need to work on it in the morning so I can sit at my desk and slack off this afternoon. Dont tell my boss!! LOL

kristi - I think it sounds like a great goal - and yes no matter what you can't be disappointed by success!!

Aimee - Welcome back!!

coondocks - I've lost quite a bit overnight, especially if things start moving again as my mentioned, after a bit of a time lapse...lol. Don't be surprised if you bounce up a bit, but I bet it will mostly stick!!

vixsin - Don't worry I won't tell your boss as long as you don't tell mine I'm slacking off this morning!

Kathy - You can do it! Hope you're feeling less stressed soon.

I'm down 1 pound today (lots of whooshes around here today!!) to 144. I am very excited to see 143 something. Now that I'm not losing 10 pounds per month anymore (obviously) it's great how excited I get going down "into" another pound - it still feels awesome! Have a great day ladies!

I'm down another .4 to 186.2. I think I have figured out why I didn't have much loss in February. I think my calorie deficits were too high. I think I have found a range of calorie deficit that works for me. So for March I am going to work really hard at keeping my calorie deficit down to 1,000-1,200. I have to eat more calories than I have been, because I refuse to give up my activity. Hellloooo dark chocolate! LOL

Gale - I hope you are feeling better soon.

Willow - Ellipticals are evil to almost everyone the first time they try them. I don't remember how much I did my first time, but I know it was something under 5 minutes. I can do an hour or more now, so if you keep attacking it, you will win! And I love your name for it, leg slayer, lol, it definitely fits!

Twinmomma - Congrats on the new long distance!

Angie - Yay for the awesome mood I have been feeling like her the last couple days too. I just LOVE her, she reminds me of my niece when she was smaller.

Cutie - Mine should be right at the 10" minimum for Locks of Love, but if it falls a little under I will send it to Pantene (they do wigs for women with cancer - mostly breast cancer)

SwimGirl - You won't be seein those 260s for long if you're doing 30DS! Maybe you could get to a treadmill for C25K?

fitkristi - I think you could do it and you certainly won't be any worse for trying, right?

carter - Congrats on the new low!
