Hey all! Just watching the American Idol results show from my PVR and thought I would check in. I just posted my progress pics in the 100lb sticky area ..here http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/100-...ml#post3741272

ArcticMama - Congratulations on entering Onederland!

Cita -- Welcome back

Aimee --

Gale -- I'm glad you're feeling better today, just in time to care for others, huh?

Ophelia -- I normally find every scale gives me a different weight I just count the one at home for my weigh ins here. What's nice is that the one at my weight loss dr.s office weighs me a teensy bit lower. It could be the battery in your scale that's off (if it's electronic!) -- I would have taken the 246 as well -- congratulations!

Ona -- Thanks! I agree sweet potato fries aren't so bad, I count them as off plan because of the darn (delicious) deep frying. These are the first fries I've had since our Disney trip though, 3 months! I've tried baking them in the oven at home before but never was crazy about the ones I made. I may have to try again, they are a good carb.

Roxy -- Great job on your inches lost!

Kukkie -- Can't wait to hear about 30DS, sounds a bit scary, but really effective!

DixCChix -- Congratulations on your 2lbs!!

Willow

February 28 - 196.4

1. 196.1 -.3
2: 194.6 -1.5
3: 195.3 +.7
4: 194.7 -.6

Thankfully I didn't sabotage myself too much yesterday. The baby has another ear infection, despite the tubes they just inserted 3 weeks ago, and tonsillitis on top of that. So yeah. Thankfully we were able to get her fever to break (It got up to 103.8) and she slept pretty good last night, which meant that *I* slept pretty good last night. I'm hoping now that she is on 2 different antibiotics that it will kick this infection to the curb, since she has had a near constant ear infection still since mid-December.

I'm up 5lbs in 2 days, go figuire. As much as I hate to say today MUST be a REST, I'm BEYOND sore the last 2 days. I ran those 15 miles and felt wonderful. Truth be told, sometimes I ache after Long Runs this time I did not. I dropped a couple of pounds, not sure if they were water or what, I did drink 80oz of fluid that day. The next day I took a new class at the Gym "WillPower & Grace" Basically it was 70 minutes of leg squats and lunges. WOWZERS I was dying yesterday when I woke up. The scale reflected the muscle pain as the sore muscles packed on some water weight to protect themselves. Being the Hereo I always make myself to be, I decided to stick to my Maratho Schedule and run 4 miles in 40min. Despite being totally sore with each step. Well here I am totally sore still and really wanting to follow my typical morning routine with the gym. However I force the rest. I have plans to run 7 miles tomrw so I really need to settle down, let my muscles recover, get this water weight down. Amusingly looking forward to a big whoosh in numbers which I know will throw me down to about 167 or maybe less. It's incredibly typical for me.

You all know I read everyday, as usual I say "wished I could fiquire out how yo all master these personal so well" Lol- I say Thanks for including me sometimes! It feels flattering.

Arctic Mama! Congrats on OnderLand!!!!

Coon- Thanks for the sweet compliment the other day!

Diana- holding steady, I always admire the consisentcy of your calories in. Quick question now that you are at/close to goal do you worry that caloric intake is so low or are you comfortable with about 1400 cals in everyday? Just curious as I round my way toward hitting goal I am eagerly curious what magic number will help me sustain.

WillowGirl- 2lbs already, awesome and great news about the time off!

Fitkristi- hope the baby feels better I hate when they are so sick.

Angie- I'm going to go check out you pics!

Everyone else - *WAVES*

twinmommaplusone The calories I show are + my morning coffee. I estimate my morning coffee is 200-300 calories. I thought it was closer to 200 but it may actually be closer to 300. I don't measure my cream and sugar in the mornings. I use real half and half and sugar. I tried measuring one day and like I said, it may be closer to 300 calories. So if I say 1470 calories, it's actually + 200-300 calories. I'm probably getting closer to 1700-1800 calories a day. Do you count calories? If so, how many are you eating?

Can't read much this morning so I will try to read over the thread later..
but I must confess that Im up to 275.8 that is 1.8 up from my low of 274 the other day.. almost 2 pounds!
I know the problem and today I'm determined to nip it in the bud. I know the last 2 days I've said I'm going to work on it and before the day was over I was back to munching.. No more! Today will be meals and only fruit for snacks.
I will try to read all the posts later..

I'm UP another .8 today to 187.4! I don't really know what that's about. I had a small sandwich from quizno last night, but my calories were good for the day and that was the only high sodium thing I had all day. Hmph!

Angie - You are lookin good! Pink suits you, when you find colors that work well on you, you tend to end up with multiples in those colors. I have lots of pink because it goes well even though I'm not very girly (my name is a lie!)

fitkristi - I'm sorry your little one is sick. I hope she is well soon.

twinmomma - That class you took sounds evil! I want one! LOL I'm sadistic. I take an hour long class where we lift weights to the neat of the music. It includes squats and lunges with the bar on our shoulders, but I can't imagine if the whole class was squats!

Diana - I love that you give yourself your coffee and don;t stress over it and measure it. What would be the point if we took away everything we love, right?
