Man, how do you curb cravings for snacks during TOM? I have PCOS, so I'm not used to having regular periods/regular hormones/regular cravings. Is this how it normally is for women monthly?? Logically I know I don't NEED food, but I'm soooooooooooooooooo snacky. I'm going to try and work on my daughter's blanket tonight to keep my hands busy, but any other suggestions for the TOM?
