<--- Hey. look at that!
That's right. 200.6.
In POINT SEVEN pounds from now my weight will start with a 1. Hopefully it won't take another month to climb that low, I've already had a great month so far, which means cruise along the hills and valleys and go up and down the same 4 pounds for another month or so. . . Anyway, just had to share, strange the things we get excited about, huh? |
Not strange to get excited about that, at all!! WOO HOO!!! So close you can taste it! I still marvel over the "1" on the scale.
Congratulations !
GoodforYOU!!!! :)
Great news.
Nothing strange about it. You will be in onederland soon! I am working to get back there myself. See you there soon. :)
How exciting!
Woo-hoo!! That is so great and you will hit onderland before you know it! :)
You are almost there woo hoo! :)
Wahoo!!! You're almost there!!
:o Aw, you guys, I knew you would just *get it* even though it's not official yet, it's the closest I've come since 2008 and I'm dang proud of it!
Of course, I will update if that elusive number ever shows up. . . or I'll be back to cry if it doesn't :p |
Congrats!! What an awesome accomplishment!
WTG! You should be proud! That is a lot of hard work! Keep it up!
:carrot::carrot: Yay you!!!
 I predicted this. This morning back up to 204.6.
I'm not changing my sidebar stats, but it will take me at least another month to get that back down. Water weight from muscle repair, 1st 2 days at the gym in my LIFE, but still discouraging to see on the scale. |
Ack! I'm with you... had a big whoosh last week and I've been hovering at 201 for the last 4 days. It's killing me!
Congrats... you'll be there SO soon. |
The dang scale is TAUNTING me!!!
200.0 this morning. Back to the gym tonight, so up again tomorrow. Maybe next week? LOL Patience, patience. . . |
I started exercising again this week. my weight bounced up 3 lbs!!!! Muscles feel better and I'm back down 3 lbs.
ha. weird how that happens. Just make sure you're drinking enough. :) and also...CONGRATS! You are so close. :) |

I bounced back and forth from 200-204 for weeks (it seemed). Later after I looked at my weight loss journal I realized it had only been 3 weeks. I lose about 5-6 Lbs. a month. I think for my age and the whole hysterectomy thingy that's about normal ;). I have learned though even when I am in those slow stalls- my body is getting adjusted to the new weight loss. I know this is true because I have so much energy and I feel wonderful. You have done a great job ~ you should be so proud! I'm proud for you!! http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/smiley-happy093.gif http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/smiley-happy064.gif http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/smiley-happy096.gif http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/smiley-happy080.gif |
Thanks ya'll! Just keep on keeping on, we can beat the scale and the mindset!:carrot:
