I finally joined WW :)
 

Just joined Weight Watchers today :). I hope this program helps me stay on track. I will be going to my first meeting tomorrow.
I am trying to read up on all the interesting information but there is a lot and it's a little overwhelming. I hope after the meeting tomorrow I will have a better idea on what I need to do.

Good luck! It's a bit overwhelming at first, but it doesn't take long to figure it all out! I love it!

I started WW on-line Oct. 12 and it seems to be working for me. I have not been hungry or felt deprived. I have found it to be the easiest "diet" for me to stick with in my years of trying just about everything! I hope it works for you too. Good Luck!

Good Luck! I also started a 12 week WW @ Work program this past week. Still trying to figure out what points for certain items are. Excited for the support from my co-workers who are in it with me!
