Smile 100 Lbs to Go.
I had gained some weight back last year. I lost some of it and I'm back to 100 Lbs to go. I hope I can reach my Goal Weight of 132 by December 31, 2011.

If you stay on track you will loose the weight you want . I also would like to see 100lbs gone by the end of this year. We can do it !!

Wonderful and very doable! I noticed in the daily weighing in the new year thread you have lost a lot of weight this month. And it is only the 14th! I'm in a stall right now...any advice? You are doing a great job!!

Good luck on your journey this year! You can do it! I also want to lose 100lbs this year. I have about 159lbs in total to lose to reach my ultimate goal but 100lbs by the end of this year would be awesome.
