Support Group Advice

Our local weight watchers meeting has closed down and there was a group of 4 other friends that shared the same goal as me to make a life style change and get healthier in the process and drop a lot of excess weight. What encouragement would you give to a group that has just set on this journey?

Glad you posted. You'll find the folks here very supportive, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. People at the 100 pound forum are pretty friendly. 3fc also has a Weight Watcher forum too. Look around. You and your friends will find good support here at the forum of 3fc.

Have you checked into TOPS for your local area? It is similar to WW but less expensive I think.
