Hi! My name is Randi and I have a total weight loss goal of 105lbs. I am currently down to 80 to lose. That number seems so high!

I am excited to get this show on the road and it would be awesome to be able to share it with all of you!

I know it can seem overwhelming at first... but just break it down into manageable sections and you'll be there before you know it! As one person's signature line says "I can't lose 100 pounds. But I CAN lose 10 pounds, 10 times."
