January Weekly Weigh-In
 
My hats off to the chicks who can do daily weigh ins. I just can't make it work for me. So part of my new year's plan is to do weekly weigh-in's and monthly measurements instead. Anyone else who wants to track their weekly weight changes is more than welcome to join me.
