I must get down to my goal weight. I've maintained for 2 years now, when I have a good amount still to lose.
So.....lose 50 pounds by New Years Eve 2011 is the goal. To accomplish this, I will: log in my food......DAILY! I do go to the gym very regularly, but I have also signed up for a trim and tone class to mix things up a bit. Which will be Mon and Wed staring in a week. |
My main goal for 2011 is to get into the healthy weight range, which for me is around 135 (40ish more pounds).
I want to complete the TurboFire 20 week schedule and train to complete a sprint triathlon at the end of August. |

1. Below 200 2. JOG a 5k (none of this walking business) 3. Track daily Sounds easy but we all know it's not!!!!! If I get below 200 halfway through 2011, I will work towards goal weight! WE CAN DO THIS!!!!!!!! |
2011 Goals
Hi all!
I'd like to be at onederland by the end of 2011. It's a long way to go, but I believe if I just keep plugging away at it, I can do it. My other goal is to be able to shed some of my medications because I'm just generally healthier than I was this year. Good luck to all of you!:carrot: |
Weight loss/Fitness goals for 2011:
* Get down below 159 lbs - which would mean into the healthy BMI range for my height. * Complete the C25K before 31 August 2011 - I would like to start this once I get below 218 lbs as I would feel too worried about my joints before that. * Fit into UK size 14 (EU 42) Best wishes to all in their own quest! :) |
In 2011 I want to accomplish the following:
1. Get to goal weight, 2. Be able to jog/run the whole 5K instead of run/walk, 3. Start riding a bike again, for fun and exercise, 4. Eat more from my own vegetable garden (every day this summer) 5. Smile more! |
grrrr i hate new year's resolutions, I can't even tell you how many (oh wait, I can, about 25 of them!) I've resolved "this is the year" fully prepared, fully committed, just knowing the time was right -- and by February of each and every year those wheels fell off with a THUD! So, in that spirit, I'm pretending January 1st is a nothing day! Just another day to continue keeping on, no more no less!

* Exercise a minimum of 3 times/week, 30 mins. Lift weights 2 times/week. Short term goals: * Join WW On-line or Spark People to track calories. * Lose 10 pounds to comfortably fit into my 20W pants. * Treadmill 3 times/week 20 mins. |
My goal for 2011 is to lose 52 lbs. That's a pound a week, I can do that.
I'm going to recommit to WW and the new Points+ plan and stick to it ALL YEAR. I start and then quit and then start and then quit but this year I'm going to stick with it. I would love for this to be the year that I can break up with Lane Bryant. I am now in a snug 18/baggy 20. I'm also going to commit to working out at the gym AT LEAST 3x per week. I pay for that membership, I should USE IT. |
My goal for 2011 is to lose 40 more lbs to get to 180 and tone up and get body fat to a 20% or less since I have a very solid frame I think that is possible. I want to continue working out and building muscle. I WILL MAKE GOAL IN 2011
